Zambia Research and Education Network -ZAMREN- says it is targeting about 160 member institutions to start implementing digital learning this year.
ZAMREN Chief Executive Officer STEIN MKANDAWIRE says most public learning institutions need Information Communication Technology -ICT- to manage the service to member institutions.
Mr. MKANDAWIRE says ZAMREN is working with Zambia Information and Communication Technology Authority to ensure that all member institutions have access to internet.
He said this in an interview with ZNBC News in Lusaka.
