Chief Government Spokesperson CHUSHI KASANDA has urged Zambians to follow the proceedings as President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA opens the Third Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly tomorrow.
Ms. KASANDA says Zambians monitoring the opening of the National Assembly is critical as they will understand the President’s plans for the country.
And Ms. KASANDA says the absence of Vice President MUTALE NALUMANGO from national assembly on occasions is justifiable because of other national duties.
She explains that when the Vice President is acting as Republican President pursuant to the constitution, she is NOT expected to be part of the house.
