Zambia has progressed to the Semifinals of the COSAFA tournament and will face South Africa for a place in the final.
The Chipolopolo’s progression was confirmed after Mauritius lost one nil to Mozambique, allowing Zambia to qualify as the best runners up in the group stage on Six points.
Zambia wand Bafana Bafana will lock horns on Friday at 18:00 hours at the King Zwelithini stadium.
And, reacting to the team’s Qualification, CHIPOLOPOLO Assistant Coach MOSES SICHONE said the team will adequately prepare for the South Africa encounter .
SICHONE said taking on the host is a double motivation for the team to fight and earn a place in the final.
