The Zambia High Commissioner to Australia and New Zealand says Zambia is a good destination for foreign-partnership mining investment considering its favourable political stability and peace.
Zambia’s High Commissioner to Australia and New Zeeland ELIAS MUNSHYA says Zambia is endowed with numerous rich minerals which could add value to the economic growth of the global village.
Dr. MUNSHYA was speaking along-side the Africa Downunder Mining Conference in Perth, West Australia when he addressed delegates drawn from the African community and Australia.
His presentation was anchored on the theme “Exploring Mining Opportunities in Zambia: Regulations and Investments”.
Dr. MUNSHYA highlighted the importance of accessing genuine information on tenements and projects which stands crucial for making informed investment decisions.
He emphasized the importance of understanding and the adoption of new technologies in mining operations.
And Chairperson of Australia Zambia Business Council Incorporated GEORGE MUTALE said the event is a unique opportunity for conference attendees, investors, and the community to gain understanding of the mining sector in Zambia.
