A youth of Lusaka is in court for allegedly swindling unsuspecting members of the public out of over a K1 million, using various social media platforms.

Police announced the recovery of 19 sim cards from Kawewe which he allegedly used for scamming people to a tune of K1 million.
This morning, the youth appeared before a magistrate facing one count of impersonation and five counts of obtaining money by false pretences. He is yet to take plea.
