A Parliamentarian says President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA’s vision to empower youths using cooperatives has started bearing fruits.
Kankoyo Member of Parliament HEARTSON MABETA says a number of young people have started appreciating the need to form cooperatives and apply for empowerment Funds for their businesses.
Mr. MABETA says young people should partner with the government in order to create jobs using the various empowerment programmes that are being implemented across the country.
He said this when he presented cheques to various women and youth groups in Mufulira District.
