Mrs. WINA says civil servants should instead help in disseminating information of various government policies to the public.
She says Government is working to improve the standards of living for all Zambians, especially Civils Servants.
Speaking when she addressed the Zambia Civil Servants Initiative Association -ZACIA- in Senanga District, Mrs. WINA said government has with immediate effect called for the debt swap for Civil servants with loans.
