Vice President MUTALE NALUMANGO has challenged members of school alumni to be role models for learners in high schools and higher learning institutions.
Mrs. NALUMANGO says it is time for the alumni to drive positive change and prove that education is a game changer for all.
She says there is need to support the next generation of students by passing on the knowledge acquired and financially support institutions if they have the capacity.
Mrs. NALUMANGO was speaking during the 2023 Cavendish University Alumni dinner on Saturday night.
Meanwhile, Cavendish University Executive Director REGINALD RAILEY said technology has enhanced modes of lecturing as lessons can be conducted at any time.
Mr. RAILEY said the input of the alumni motivates learners to want to achieve more and build their careers.
And Cavendish University Vice Chancellor WELANI CHILENGWE said the university will continue working with Government to provide quality education for all Zambians.
