The Mine workers Union of Zambia -MUZ- says the UPND administration has created consistent policies in the mining sector that have not only attracted more investments in the extractive industries but also created more jobs.
MUZ President JOSEPH CHEWE has told ZNBC News that the government has also developed a good relationship with the mine investors which is good for the economy.
Meanwhile, a Copperbelt Economist AARON SIKOMBE says President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA’s administration has brought stability to mining policies and that North Western Province is the perfect example of good economic policies of the UPND in the extractive industry.
Mr. SIKOMBE has told ZNBC News in Kitwe that the United Party for National Development mining policy is one of the most progressive in Zambia’s history.
