Some suspected UPND cadres caused a near commotion in Lusaka’s CBD when they stormed ACC premises in an attempt to chase PF women who gathered to sing in solidarity of Acting President Given Lubinda under probe now.
The cadres who chanted UPND slogans were peacefully dispersed by police but returned a few minutes later throwing stones towards the building and aiming at individuals, including journalists who scampered for safety.
Meanwhile, suspended PF members of parliament have started arriving in what could be seen as efforts to present themselves as sureties for Mr Lubinda who might have been arrested inside by the ACC.
