PRESS STATEMENT: TRAPPED BODY UNDERNEATH MUTANDA’S RIVER FINALLY RETRIEVED.
LUSAKA, 21st March 2022-The body of a 28-year-old man that was trapped underneath the truck which flipped in Mutanda River in Kalumbila district after hitting into another moving truck has finally been retrieved.
Efforts to have the body retrieved for the past three days failed, not until Zambia Police, Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA), Solwezi and Kalumbila Fire Brigade’s combined efforts on Sunday, 20th March, 2022.
The body was retrieved on Sunday, 20th March 2022 around 16:00 hours
