Zambia Super League side Trident FC are sent to unveil Albert Kachinga as their new head coach in the next 48 hours the ZamFoot Crew understands.
Kachinga ditched Kabwe based side Prison Leopards earlier today after handing in his resignation letter.
The ZamFoot Crew understands that Kachinga will take over from Israel Mwanza who was sent on administrative leave m early last month after a string of poor results.
The former Copper Queens gaffer has been picked based on his good work with the Collect Boys in the last two years since he took over from Ishmael Balanga back in 2021.
Kachinga is expected to move with 2012 AFCON winner Joseph Musonda who has also left Prison Leopards as one of his assistants.
Kachinga will be tasked with turning things around for the winners of the 2022/2023 FAZ National Division One League.
Trident FC have had a poor start to the 2023/2024 MTN Super League collecting just three points from seven games.
