Government has called on Zambians to take part in the national day of prayer and fasting.
Copperbelt Minister ELISHA MATAMBO says the day of prayer and fasting should be used to unite the country.
He said this during the launch of Amalumbo album by Common Faith Singers under the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Mr. . MATAMBO called on the church to take advantage of the opportunities that exist in the Constituency Development Fund to empower themselves.
Meanwhile, Kitwe District Commissioner LAWRENCE MWANZA said the government will work with the church to promote development.
