Speaker of the National Assembly NELLY MUTTI has pardoned PF Kawambwa Member of Parliament NICKSON CHILANGWA for his days 23 absence from parliament in June 2023.
Ms. MUTTTI has however urged Mr, CHILANGWA to consider writing to the National Assembly for leave.
This follows a point of order that was raised by Government chief whip STAFFORD MULUSA in parliament.
Mr. MULUSA wrote to parliament questioning why the Kawambwa law maker was absent for Parliamentary sittings for over 23 days in parliament.
And Mr CHILANGWA apologized to Parliament and promised to notify the Speaker in any event he faces any problem.
