Tili Tonse Primary School in Sinda District is in need of a classroom block for children with special needs.
School Head teacher JABESI DAKA says the school management has opted to use an office space to accommodate the learners and conduct lessons.
Mr. DAKA says the school submitted a request to the Constituency Development Fund -CDF- Committee but has not been considered as an urgent matter.
He was speaking when the UPND National Management Committee visited the school to check on the desks that have been procured under CDF.
And UPND Secretary General BATUKE IMENDA advised the Sinda Town Council to immediately look into the matter because education should be equal for all.
