The Football Association of Zambia -FAZ- has denied allegations of sexual abuse in the Copper Queens camp.

This follows reports by The Guardian, accusing Head Coach BRUCE MWAPE for inappropriate behavior towards the players before the Copper Queens final World Cup game against Costa Rica.

FAZ General Secretary REUBEN KAMANGA says the association has not received any complaint from the players or officials who travelled with the team to New Zealand on the alleged accusations.

In a statement issued to ZNBC Sports, KAMANGA said all the training sessions for the Copper Queens were filmed by FAZ and FIFA media teams with no evidence backing the accusations.

The General Secretary has since assured the public that FAZ will maintain its standards of integrity and transparency by upholding ethical conducts for both the players and officials, on and off the pitch.
