Secretary to the Cabinet PATRICK KANGWA has cancelled the second Senior Public Service Management Meeting after most Permanent Secretaries did not turn up for the meeting at 8 hours.
Mr. KANGWA says the meeting failed to form a quorum of Permanent Secretaries as only a few of them had arrived for the meeting by the scheduled time.
Mr. KANGWA said appropriate action will be taken on Permanent Secretaries that had not arrived for the meeting.
He however thanked the Permanent Secretaries that had arrived for the meeting on time.
