Super League defending Champions Power Dynamos have recorded their first win of the season after beating log leaders Nkwazi Football Club by 2 goals to 1.

Two first half goals by JOSHUA MUTALE and OWEN TEMBO proved enough for Power Dynamos who held on to victory, despite nervy moments that saw Nkwazi chase for an equalizer after WEZY KUMWENDA had pulled one back for the visitors in the second half.

Meanwhile, Red Arrows and FC MUZA played out to a 1 all draw that saw substitute RICKSON NGAMBI’s spectacular second half free kick cancel out RICKY BANDA’s first half opener.

Reacting to the draw, FC MUZA Head Coach MATHEWS NDLOVU praised his team for showing resilience after picking up a hard earned point away from home.

His counterpart from Red Arrows CHISI MBEWE bemoaned the officiating saying it cost his side the victory..
