patson-daka-sends-copper-queens-a-message-of-support

Chipolopolo striker Patson Daka has offered support to the Zambia Women’s National Team following their premature exit at the ongoing FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Daka reminded the Copper Queens that light is at the end of the tunnel and that they need to stick together during these trying times.

The 2017 CAF young player of the year was also quick to assure the 2022 WAFCON bronze medalists of his unwavering support.

Success has many fathers, but failure is an orphan.
Survive the dark and youll become the light, this is the time for you to stick together and be there for each other mentally, physically, emotionally, and always remember what brought you this far. pic.twitter.com/K0yWEKwFRK

The Copper Queens suffered two heavy defeats in their opening games losing 5-0 to both Japan and Spain.

The team will finish their 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup campaign with a dead rubber against Costa Rica on Monday.
