Ministry of Information and Media Director Spokesperson, THABO KAWANA says Government or President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has nothing to do with the case involving Former First lady, ESTHER LUNGU.
Mr KAWANA says the Former First Family and their lawyers must just sort out the matters with the Police.
He says the idea of saying the Former First Lady cannot be kept in Police Custody seems to suggest that Mrs LUNGU is above the law.
Mr KAWANA says anybody that is arrested goes through a process and that it is the law that applies to everyone regardless of status.
Mr KAWANA told ZNBC News that people must not involve President HICHILEMA in matter.
