Copper Queens First Choice Goalkeeper HAZEL NALI has arrived in the country from New Zealand where she successfully underwent a knee surgery.
NALI landed at the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport at 15: 40 hours.
She told ZNBC News that her doctors advised her to continue with physiotherapy sessions in Zambia.
The Copper Queens goalkeeper said she cannot wait to get back on the pitch.
NALI has thanked the Government, the Football Association of Zambia and her fans for the support.
Meanwhile, Zambia’s High Commissioner to Australia and New Zealand ELIAS MUNSHYA has disclosed that government covered the cost of the surgery and some physiotherapy sessions for NALI.
MUNSHYA said government is hopeful that NALI will soon fully recover, and join the squad so that she can continue bringing glory to Zambia.
