Small and Medium Enterprise Development Minister ELLIAS MUBANGA says all people that form cooperatives need to have skills in entrepreneurship in order to run them better.
Mr. MUBANGA was speaking at the 17th graduating ceremony of the Cooperative College where 45 students have graduated with diplomas in cooperatives and business management in Lusaka.
He says the training of Cooperatives should extend to Agribusiness programmes.
And Cooperative College Acting Principal NOY MWANAMAKANDO disclosed that the target this year is to train over 1-thousand 5-hundred cooperatives across the country.
