By Paul Shalala-Chifubu Member of Parliament, Frank Ng’ambi has pleaded not guilty to one count of causing grievous harm to his wife.
On June 07 this year, the lawmaker is accused of having caused grievous bodily harm to his wife Agness Ng’ambi with intent to maim, disfigure or disable her.
When the matter came up this morning before Ndola High Court Judge Yvonne Chembe, Mr Ng’ambi said he understood the charge and pleaded not guilty.
Judge Chembe has since adjourned the matter to September 17 this year for possible commencement of trial.
