President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA is deeply saddened by the passing of Former Finance N’GANDU MAGANDE, who served as our Nation’s Finance Minister from 2003 to 2008.
President HICHILEMA has since sent condolences Mr MAGANDE’s family and friends.
The President says that his thoughts and prayers are with the Family and Friends during this difficult time.
