Top Zambian journalist Alex Basopo has taken a swipe at Trident for sacking head coach Israel Mwanza.
Mwanza, a former Nchanga Rangers defender was sacked by the Kalumbila based club for what they termed as ‘poor string of results.’
Joining in the discussion on social media, Basopo, a renowned Spurts Journalist with over 15 years experience chipped in.
“Trident Football Club has not invested in serious players.
“Most of their players are tired. Most of their players are madalas and you expect a coach to deliver.
“Clubs must stop putting unnecessary pressure on coaches.
” Coaches must stay away from clubs such as Trident. Let the Exco themselves coach their clubs
