A 26 year old man of Chief Mlolo’s area in Chadiza district has been brutally murdered by unknown people who sliced off his scrotum with a knife.
Eastern Province police commanding officer LIMPO LIYWALII has confirmed that the assailants removed the testicles of the deceased and dumped them at the scene.
Mr LIYWALII has identified the deceased as FIDELIS PHIRI of Skeva village.
He says the attackers also left a knife which they used at the scene.
Mr LIYWALII says police received a report from the deceased’s relative MSANIDE PHIRI.
He says the incident occurred at the house of the deceased between 10:00 and 13:00 hours yesterday and that investigations in the matter have since been launched.
