(ZANIS ) Various stakeholders in Kasama district have commended the government on the proposed 2024 National Budget.
Kasama Chamber of Commerce Secretary, DAVID CHANDA says the 2024 budget has provided a wide range of incentives meant to stimulate and grow the economy.
Mr CHANDA told ZANIS that the pronouncements made to increase the money allocated to the Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) and Constituency Development Fund (CDF) will boost small and medium enterprises.
And Secondary Schools Teachers Association of Zambia (SESTUZ) Provincial Secretary, KASHWEKA SIMASIKU has thanked the government for the increased budgetary allocation to the Education sector.
Meanwhile, the Hotels and Catering Association of Zambia Northern Province Chairperson, JAIROS SIMUNYOLA has welcomed the pronouncement made to construct the Kasaba bay airport in Nsama district.
