Foreign Affairs Minister STANELY KAKUBO is among various African dignitaries attending the inauguration of Zimbabwean President EMMERSON MNANGAGWA.
Mr. KAKUBO was received by his Zimbabwean counterpart FREDERICK SHAVA.
He says Zambia and Zimbabwe share a long historical relationship anchored on common culture and values dating back to the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland.
