President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has initiated a revolving fund worth 100,000 Kwacha designed to empower mobile money operators in Chainda residential area.
The money has benefitted over 150 youths.
Special Assistant to the President for Finance and Investment, JITO KAYUMBA has confirmed the development.
He says President HICHILEMA is interested in seeing youths come up with initiatives which contribute to the economy.
