The CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round games were concluded last week and Sensational Zanaco’s opponents were revealed.
The date, venue and kick-Off time for CAF Confederation Cup first round, first leg clash between Bolton City Youth Club (Mauritius) and Zanaco FC (Zambia) have been confirmed.
Bolton City will host Zanaco FC on Sunday, 15 September 2019 at the New George V Stadium in Curepipe, Mauritius at 15:00hrs local time (GMT 4), 17:00hrs Zambian time.
The reverse tie will be played two weeks later at National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka.
The Confederation Cup aggregate winners from the two legged matches will play the 16 losers from the Champions League in the Play-Offs to advance to the group stage.
Sensational Zanaco FC Squad leaves for Mauritius next week Wednesday aboard an Emirates flight.
Meanwhile, match officials for Zanaco’s match against Bolton City have already been appointed.
Tanzanian Mfaume Ali Nassoro has been named as match referee.
He will be assisted by fellow compatriots Ferdinand Chacha and Frank John Komba.
The fourth official will be Martin Eliphas Saanya also from Tanzania.
Raoul Ramain Rabekoto from Madagascar will be the match commissioner.
