Youth, Sport and Arts Minister ELVIS NKANDU says Kasempa youths have heeded the government’s call for them to be legally involved in mining.
Mr. NKANDU says the government will not hesitate to support youths with equipment so that they can increase production.
He has also appealed to youths in other areas to unite and create wealth.
And Kasempa area Member of Parliament BRENDA TAMBATAMBA has appealed to the ministry of mines to issue more mining licences to youths in the area to curb illegal mining.
