The Ministry of Tourism is looking at sites where to set up the Kenneth Kaunda Museum in memory of first Republican President KENNETH KAUNDA.

Tourism Minister, RODNEY SIKUMBA says one of the proposed sites is near the TAZARA museum in Lusaka.

Mr. SIKUMBA however says the government may rework the Lusaka museum and turn it into a permanent exhibition.

Speaking to ZNBC News in China, Mr. SIKUMBA also said there is a need to ensure all information on freedom fighters and pan Africanists is highlighted in the museum.

He said that museums are depositors of history which must be treasured always.
