Copperbelt Province Minister ELISHA MATAMBO has assured residents of Kitwe that government is developing strategies to resolve the challenge of Water supply.
Mr. MATAMBO says government has released money to Nkana Water Supply and Sanitation Company to address some of the problems affecting the people.
And Mr. MATAMBO says government is addressing the high cost of mealie meal as can be seen from various interventions that have been taken.
Addressing UPND party officials, members and residents after he officially opened the Office for the ruling party in Kamfinsa Constituency, Mr. MATAMBO urged the residents in Ndeke to take advantage of the office to report issues affecting their wellbeing.
And UPND Kitwe District Chairperson SHADRICK CHATABA said his team is happy that it has managed to open an office which will be used to coordinate party activities.
Earlier, Kamfinsa Constituency UPND Chairperson VICTOR MWAMBA said with the establishment of an office in the Constituency, the party stands ready to deliver an MP coming 2026.
