Eight Patriotic Front -PF- members have been arrested by police in Lusaka for conduct likely to cause the breach of the peace.
Police Spokesperson RAE HAMOONGA has, however, refuted reports that there was a shooting incidence involving ANDY LUKI Junior as alleged on social media during the fracas that happened at the PF Secretariat yesterday.
Mr. HAMOONGA says the police visited the University Teaching Hospital, the place he was alleged to have been treated from, which revealed that the hospital did not attend to such a person.
In a statement issued to ZNBC News, Mr. HAMOONGA said the eight suspects will appear in court soon.
He warned those that want to cause chaos that their actions will be met with the full wrath of the law.
