Deputy Chief Justice MICHAEL MUSONDA has condemned the riots in Mumbwa district where two businessmen were killed.

And Justice MUSONDA has appealed to Zambians to avoid taking matters into their own hands and allow the police to do their work.

Speaking during a public lecture at the University of Lusaka -UNILUS- Silverest Campus, Justice MUSONDA said the judiciary is required to observe total fidelity to ensure public faith in the systems.

And UNILUS Vice Chancellor PINALO CHIFWANAKENI said the university recognises the importance of legal education in shaping the guardians of justice.
