Copper Queens Skipper Barbra Banda returned to the score sheet in the China Taiping Women’s Super League on Sunday.

The Zambian international scored a brace to help Shanghai Shengli to a 6-0 win over Yongchuan Chashan.

Banda was involved in the build up of the opening goal with blistering pace on the right wing.

The Copper Queens star forward then scored the third goal again using her pace to find her way into the box before unleashing a low shot with her left foot.

Banda then set up the fourth goal before netting the fifth with a side foot finish inside the box.

Banda was withdrawn in the 65th minute with some discomfort but the extent of how serious it is will only be known today following medical tests.

The scorer of the historical 1000th FIFA Women’s World Cup goal has now scored 11 goals in the 2023 China Taiping Women’s Super League so far.

In Turkey, Misozi Zulu scored from the penalty spot to guide Hakkarigucu Spor to a 1-0 win away at Adana.
