Patriotic Front Matero Member of Parliament MILES SAMPA says no person will be appointed to any position in the party without an election.
Mr. SAMPA says his team will also ensure that the PF Secretariat remains closed until an election is held for people to occupy the offices.
Speaking when he addressed the press and PF members at the party’s secretariat in Lusaka today, Mr. SAMPA challenged the appointment of former Water Development Minister RAPHAEL NAKACHINDA as PF Secretary General because no member currently has the powers to do so.
But PF Member of the Central Committee and Chairperson for Information and Publicity EMMANUEL MWAMBA said the party regrets the illegal activities that occurred at the secretariat.
Mr. MWAMBA said such illegalities and lawlessness displayed will not be allowed and the Party leadership will take punitive action.
