The Chipolopolo boys on Monday re-grouped in the United Arab Emirates ahead of this Thursday’s international friendly game against EGYPT.
Coach Avram Grant has summoned 25 players for two friendlies against Egypt and Uganda on October 12 and 17.
And Chipolopolo Team Manager HASTINGS NDOVI says all the players summoned have arrived except for Cletus Chama who is being awaited.
Ndovi said the players have since trained together after reporting to camp.
The two friendlies are being used to prepare the team for next month’s World Cup qualifiers and the AFCON which begins next year.
And Midfielder Kings Kangwa says the game against Egypt will help shape the team as preparation for both the AFCON and World Cup qualifiers start.
Kangwa said Egypt is a strong team on the continent and commended the Football Association of Zambia for organising the high profile games.
KANGWA said despite the game being a friendly, his team will take the game very seriously and will aim for nothing but a win.
