Meanwhile Malawi scored the consolation goal through Jimmy Zakazaka.
In a curtain raiser, Lusaka Province U-17 played to a 2-2 draw with Eastern Province U-17.
FAZ Eastern Province organised the match as part of celebrations for Zambias 59 Independence anniversary.
