Kapoche PF Member of Parliament LUCKSON LUNGU says one of the biggest achievements of the UPND government is the introduction of Constituency Development Fund -CDF- loans.
Mr. LUNGU says it is very rare to obtain loans with low interest rates like the CDF at five percent.
And Sinda Member of Parliament MASAUSO TEMBO says people should come up with profitable businesses so that they benefit from the CDF loan empowerment.
The parliamentarians were speaking during the disbursement of CDF loans empowerment for the two constituencies.
Meanwhile Sinda Council Secretary JOHN MACHAYI said there is a steady increase in the number of people that are benefitting from the CDF loans.
And Sinda District Commissioner DAVID TEMBO urged the beneficiaries of the CDF loans to come up with proper programmes.
