Education Minister DOUGLAS SYAKALIMA has directed schools to institute stern action against pupils involved in bullying others.
Mr. SYAKALIMA says government will NOT tolerate bullying to thrive in schools.
This follows an increase in the cases of bullying at David Kaunda STEM School which has seen some boys entering girls’ hostels.
And Mr. SYAKALIMA has directed Management at David Kaunda STEM School to discipline all pupils that will be found wanting.
The Minister said this when he visited David Kaunda STEM school in Lusaka.
And School Deputy Head Teacher RODGERS MWEWA assured the Minister that the institution has strengthened measures to curb bullying.
