The 2023 Black Label Charity Shield will be played at Nkana Football Club home ground, Nkana Stadium, the ZamFoot Crew understands.
The Black Label Charity Shield (previously called the Samuel ‘Zoom’ Ndhlovu Charity Shield) is the Curtain raiser to the Zambian football season.
This year’s match will see league Champions, Power Dynamos take on the ABSA Cup winners Forest Rangers.
The sponsors Zambian Breweries,their Carling Black Label brand also confirmed that fans will pick players who will start in the 2023 Samuel Zoom Ndhlovu Charity shield.
The fans will just need to visit a portal that has been created for the match to vote for their preferred starting eleven (www.carlingshieldcup.com )
The 2023 Charity Shield is being played under the theme #ChangeTheGame.
The highly anticipated match will take place on the 12th August at Chilata.
