Betway Zambia has unveiled a 10-million Kwacha annual Sponsorship package for the Zambia Premier League -ZPL.
The Sponsorship deal has been clinched in partnership with the Football Association of Zambia and the ZPL.
Speaking during the unveiling of the Sponsorship deal in Lusaka, Betway Zambia Chief of Operations TRAVIS MULENGA said the partnership will see the firm become the official betting company for the ZPL.
And Zambia Premier League Chairperson CEPHAS KATONGO said measures to curtail irregularities like match fixing and unprofessionalism have been put in place.
And FAZ Vice President JUSTINE MUMBA has tasked the Zambia premier league to ensure that more sponsorship comes on board by the end of the year
Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts Permanent Secretary KANGWA CHILESHE called for strengthened partnership as investment in Sport is key.
