ZAMBIA has minted four medals at the just ended Africa Para Badminton Championship held in Uganda.
Athletes MARTHA CHEWE minted one Silver and two bronze medals, while VIENNA HAMAUCHENJE scooped a bronze medal.
The two were part of 10 Paralympic Athletes that traveled to Uganda for the 2023 Para badminton Championship that attract over 12 African countries.
Speaking to ZNBC Sports News, Badminton Association Zambia is happy with the performance of the Athletes.
Association Secretary General, JUMA MUWOWO said despite stiff competition at the championship the country managed to mint four medals.
